Not a friendly place for families

The walls/floors are too thin, I could hear my neighbor talking to her television and I could hear my down stairs neighbors talking in the morning and their television/radio on at all hours.
Plus, children are not encouraged to play and there are many complaints and restrictions for children. The play ground is too small and the pool is only open half the time during the summer.
The rent raises $30-50 a year and there is always a reason for the increases.
This would be a perfect place for a single person or a couple without children. I would not recommend this aparment complex to families unless you can some how get a first floor apartment.
