The management at Dogwood Gardens does not advocate for their residents. Issues are not resolved and policies and agreements are neither enforced or followed. I was told by the property manager of Dogwood Gardens that they target individuals who have yet to buy their first home (i.e recent college graduates) or people looking to downsize their living quarters (i.e retirees). This translates into a effort to eliminate families with children as tenants. The fact is the majority of tenants at Dogwood Gardens are retirees and relatively few are "young" people. The balance are families which are being run out of the complex using unethical tactics and in some cases even illegal ones. The management should truly be ashamed of themselves, firstly, as human beings, and secondly as business people, as this conduct will eventually result in business impacts or possibly legal ramifications.

Writing to the corporate office will not help either. I am planning to write my concerns to people above them.
