I have lived here for 5 years this October. I told my friend about it and she ended up moving in. Not only did she become my new neighbor but I got $300 for referring her! I was so happy about this I thought it needed to be shared. I really can call this place home.

Wait till the rent increase comes, you'll be sorry. Once you sign the lease and be there for 11 months, you will be shocked at the increase!!!

I referred one friend. Management played game between me and my friend. They told my friend, if he can convenience me about the referral and he can that referral to him.

My friend had trouble with referals. They cheated one of the referals stating unacceptable reasons. And on another occassion, they paid his referal after 4 months (that too after repeated followups).
