I just moved out after three years at Dogwood and I agree that it is a nice place to live. Years ago I think the former rental company let it go a little bit but now they are bringing it back strong. They are really doing a nice job updating and upgrading the units. The people who work there are much more friendly too. I never felt bad placing a maintenance request because they didn't get mad at me like some places do. It was nice having that much grass and the trees so close to major roads. Free heat wasn't bad either.
