Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
GOOD: Open spaces, Parking space, Clean apartments
BAD: Office staff, Maintenance staff,
Swimming tub.
UGLY: Management, Unfriendly rules and regulations.
I would not recommend this place even to my foe. If you thought only the office staff were unfriendly, try talking to their MANAGER. When I spoke to few other tenants - they also had similar story to share. And you won't even get referals on time !
Man, they dont consider tenants as their customers. And as someone mentioned maintenance staff are very unfriendly and rude. I am waiting for my lease period to get over to move out.
As I said, A nice place spoilt by staff & management. Keep away folks.
