Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
Pros: location, setting, safety
Cons: pest control, price, old appliances, updating of complex by new owner
All things considered, the complex is pretty nice. No matter where you go there are issues, but management should be more proactive and responsive. Perhaps because a lot of the residents are older, they do not want to complain. For the money, management should do a better job.
