I've been a resident for 5 months, and I cannot speak to the comments others have left regarding the maintenance staff, although I have heard similar complaints onsite. But the office staff have always been extremely polite and helpful, going out of their way. The onsite manager Gretchen Smith is very nice, and she and her staff are involved with the community (put out a newsletter, when the pool was being repaired they allowed residents to swim at Logan West, a sister property, had a pool party, etc). I have had no issues with noise and the community is quiet and people friendly. The location is also excellent right behind Shop Rite and within walking distance of several stores / markets. For the price, this place can't be beat.
