I was in Dogwood for several years. The stay was pretty good. Nice location and the apt layout is very good as well. The staff is very helpful with the exception of some maintenance people (not all) who think they are doing you a favor for simply doing their job.

For some reason, they acted really weird when returning the security deposit when I vacated last year. They deducted majority of my security deposit and the answer they gave when I asked the person was 'I did you a favor for not deducting more'. I heard similar things before but thought things changed after the new management took over.

Otherwise, I would say I enjoyed the stay at dogwood.
