Living in this crap hole has been the single worst experience of my life. The A/C Units are inside the apartment, so it is very loud all the time. And they don't work well, so our electric bill during the summer is over $200. The door locks are all miss keyed so you have to wiggle the key to get the door open. Here is part of a letter I sent them today:
"Actually, this situation was handled terribly by your staff. Your service
team was more than willing to demand that we changed our schedule and not
expect warm water in the mornings and evenings. They had no intention of
fixing your damaged or ill suited equipment. We have hit this problem with
your service team with the water heaters 3 weeks ago, with the heat a month
ago, with door locks, fire alarm batteries, the stove, our damaged
ceilings, and other issues. Our neighbors have the same complaints. Your
service staff are either over worked or under motivated and have proven
that they would rather inconvenience your residents than to maintain your
community.

I am happy that this is going to be resolved, and thoroughly disgusted by
what it took to get it to this point."

We didn't have hot water and the service department very literally told us to get used to it. They told code enforcement the same thing. They said that my unit in all of their buildings had a hot water supply issue and that I should get up at 5am to take a shower.

The laundry is very expensive, and the office staff does not hold to their posted hours, so it is impossible to fill the cards since they only put the machine in the A building. We still have a hole in our ceiling that we have complained about for 4 months. They finally fixed the heat, after we called code enforcement.

Oh, the kitchens are so small, the closet doors all fall apart, the use the cheapest blinds they can find so they fall apart. This place is a horrible hell hole and getting worse by the week.

Its so funny! I am in the real estate business and often check these sights to see how they are rated. One thing I've noticed - everybody who comments says something negative - about all the apartments on this sight. I think this might just be a place where all of the truly miserable people get together to feel sorry for themselves.
