For very low maintenance renters

The Mary(assistant manager) and Linda(works in the office) are very nice and easy to get along with and they are pleasant and responds quickly. However, the manager(Leigh)is NEVER in the office and everything has to go through her.
However, Maintenance is another story. If you have no hot water on the weekend tough luck you have to wait until they get to it Monday. Hot water is not an emergency. Air conditioning went out 2 times over the summer. I was told it was leaking freon. Instead of fixing the problem the just add more freon. Asked for wheelchair ramp to get up from the parking lot over a month ago still no ramp. They cleared walks quickly when it snowed and kept the place looking nice. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
