My years at Eagle Stream Apartments have been okay. There are positive aspects about this complex: ample parking, safe area, good-sized apartments. There are also negatives: noise issues, a lot of small children, neighbors who cook very pungent ethnic foods, and bug/mice issues.

My advice to anyone considering moving to this complex is this: check out the building before you move in. The office staff has strategically placed tenents according to categories throughout the 20-odd buildings. As such, you need to know where your apartment will be in order to make a good decision about whether to rent here or not.
