I lived in Eaglestream for just over a year, before moving into my own townhouse. I was probably luckier than most as I lived in the apartment building that housed the leasing office and model apartment. That meant that there were two unoccupied apartments in my building which made it nicer. As far as living there goes, I can agree with some and disagree with some. I, too, feel that they grouped ethnicity groups together, as some buildings housed all darker skinned people together, some housed only families with kids, and some were singles, widow(er)s, and of course there were exceptions to this. But that made for comfortable living arrangements for everyone there without discriminating at all. Parking was plenty, friendly neighbors, things were fixed quickly, I didn't like the small kitchen though with old cabinets, very nice size balcony, was lucky in that I had brand new carpet put in before I moved in, and the only bad thing I didn't like was the cooking smells lingered in the building for 1-2 days, due to the building design and doors that were closed always (for safety though). The ethnic cooking smells were the worst(Indian, oriental, cuisine, etc.)!!!
