Not What I Expected. Not My First Choice!

Over all the apartment size is nice. Not enough storage space. Kitchen is extremely small and cabinets have 47 layers of paint on them because they are too cheap to update to this century. The model apartment is very nice yes... but DONT EXPECT TO GET THAT. I was very mislead. Washer and Dryers.. HAHAHA ... If you like to wash your clothes in freezing cold water..(which costs you 1.50 a load) then this is the place to do your laundry. How about the dryers' Do you like to dry your load of clothes for 6 hours.. I have learned to like to...The dryers blow COLD AIR!! Go figure.. Oh yeh... Maintenance fixes everything half ass, even though it's not their fault...they are not equipped with the proper tools. I have had them fix the same thing 5 times... and it's STILL BROKEN!! Do you like kitchen utensils...well there is only 1 drawer.. and it doesn?t hold much that's if the drawer even stays in. It usually falls through to the cabinet below. Do you like bugs' I do now.. I have learned to live with them... We are a big happy family now...such good friends that the spiders usually end up in my clothes and sometimes even the BED!! YUM!
Every morning the old guy that lives above me pee's at 3:15 and 5:30..
I never stay home from work if I am sick because the old man above me makes so much noise; it's actually quieter at work. I swear I think he is burring bodies under the floor because there is no reason why a man at 70 needs to be hammering and drilling at 7 AM EVERY MORNING!!
Parking sucks.. I have to park at the next building over so don't count on getting a lot of groceries.
The guy that made the comment before about the smells hit it dead on.
Office staff is nice, but if you get a hold of this one lady, we won?t mention names; it takes her forever to get anything done.
Over all ... I don?t recommend it.. Can?t wait to move out even though I will miss my furry friends.
