I've been here almost 9 months, and I couldn't be happier. Like most people on here, I couldn't believe the negative reviews some left! The staff is great, and Maintenance always makes sure things look their best. I haven't needed to call them to fix something yet simply because I haven't had any problems with anything. As far as bugs are concerned, yeah you do get the occasional creepy-crawly, but I've usually only seen them in the summertime and besides, where can you possibly live that totally 100% bug free''

My only slight issue is with parking. I live on the "Main Strip" of the complex, and if I get home anytime past 10pm, parking near my building is out of the question. Luckily, there are other lots on the side and behind my place so I do have options as to where to park no matter what time I get home.

My one bedroom place is spacious enough for me, and the fact that I'm fortunate enough to have the laundry facility downstairs in the same building is great and totally convenient. The central air was a Godsend this summer, and tho my electric bill was triple what it was in the wintertime, it was worth every penny.

So, overall, Eagle Stream is a great place to live, whether short term or as a long-term home. And the rent is reasonable (it may sound high to some, but, honestly, where are you gonna go in this area that isn't in the same price range or higher, and isn't half as nice'' Sure downtown Norristown is cheaper, but I like my safety, thank you). I have no intentions of moving anytime soon, either. I love the apartment, the layout, the spacious balcony, everything! So, don't listen to the negative reviews, check this place out for yourself!
