I thought this was a "safe" neighborhood. The "safe demographic" lives here after all. However, Fed Ex left a package at my door and it was stolen by the time I came home (a five hour period.) Granted Fed Ex should have taken the package to the rental office, my hallway is small and there are only three other units so someone was feeling pretty tempted to steal. Maybe they were bored' Anyway, do not trust your neighbors.
