A 2-bedroom duplex, about 10 miles from King Of Prussia, for $870 - you won't find a better deal. Building looks like it was constructed in the 60's and that was the last time the fixtures were updated as well. New window coverings, carpet, and vinyl floor. Windows are old and breazy. Central Air gets cold, but takes awhile. Stick-built frame so can hear neighbors like they are in next room. Maintenance dispatches quickly and are nice and efficient. Office staff nice. I'd definately recommend.
