Maintenance requests are not processed in a timely manor, taking months to fix. Even then not being 100% fixed. The apartments are VERY hot as it is a concrete building and never cools once warmed up. We had no control over our heat and had to have our windows open in the winter to keep comfortable. The elevators don?t always work and the laundry room floods often. Some of the people play VERY loud music late into the night with no regard for their neighbors. The Parking lot doesn't have enough spaces for the number of cars that are given passes so its first come first serve and many times you cant find a space. It's on Main St. so it's very loud with police and other emergency vehicles and across the street there is a restaurant that attracts many motorcycles in the summer....not to mention the blaring light from the car dealer across the street. About four times a week you can expect to hear a couple fighting in front of the building and a few times the police have been called to take care of it. Needless to say the second our lease was up we moved.
