We are a group of lawyers who moved to the area for law school got good jobs and are still shocked at the high cost of living in apartments and the bad quality. If you are reading this blog then you are looking for a better home and justice. We decided to give you some help. SUE THE LANDLORD, especially if they are a member of www.AAGP.com and falsely advertise that they are award winning . AAGP.com give this false advertising out to all members who make up of the worst landlords in the region. All county courts have all the forms and civil procedures online. Read it over. Google, and other pa and local law guides are all easy to search.

Legislatures, politicians, housing organizations, towns AND District Justices are friends of the slumlords, who do not make serious repairs, while you suffer and your stuff gets damaged. Take photos, record conversations, and document everything with letters or email. Leaks and bugs are NOT normal. Get inspected. It is a serious violation, and protected by Pugh Vs. Holmes and other consumer and contract laws.Look it up in google. It is not legal or enforceable for a lease to say you can t sue the landlord, or you rent as is . This law states that it is implied that you will get a habitable home. Clean, sanitary, dry and rodent free is normal. Buildings are in serious disrepair, and they laugh all the way to the bank with high profist. The slumlord managers are as bad as the scumlawyers. Don t get annoyed get justice. If they have enough lawsuits and it cuts into profits maybe real business people will take over and make improvements. Do not let them keep security. Make sure you do a final inspection to return security. Take photos.

But be forewarned, part of the strategy of the slumlords is to use the most disgusting, sleazy scumlawyers to represent them, who became lawyers to be legal criminals. We hate them! They ruin the profession of good lawyers, but please sue them yourself. Answer all of the paperwork, generate some yourself, show up for hearings, and the trial will really be an arbitration panel, who are more neutral. If you are tired of moving and having your stuff ruined, not to mention the total gross factor and organize with neighbors, join a union and sue! Protect your consumer rights and home. Do not put up with slumlords and sleazy scumlawyers. We can make a difference if we sue the jerks.

Did you ever actually live in this building? I suspect that you are trolls trying to drum up business for your law firm...if you so, I think you picked the wrong apartment building in Norristown to pick on. Hamilton Hall is one of the few buildings I'd considering living in in Norristown...the apartments I saw were clean, well-kept, well-designed. The only thing keeping me out was that the price was a bit above my range. But otherwise, a lovely place. If you are trolls, please take your business elsewhere. There are PLENTY of dangerous, bug-filled apartments in this town. That said, this forum is for people who ACTUALLY LIVED in the building--and I don't think you have ever lived in this ZIP Code. Just my two cents.

I agree - I saw these guys post the same damn thing regarding another complex in King of Prussia.

I saw this same posting for another Norristown apartment complex. These guys are apparently spamming ratings sites to get business and I hope you'll remove their posts. This makes otherwise decent apartment complexes look bad!
