I am a single mother and have lived at Marshall Wood fot two years now. The customer service level of the entire Korman Staff is beyond belief. Ther have been many of times the maintenance staff have carried my groceries in, helped me take out trash etc.... things that just did not have to do, but wanted to do. The office staff is very kind and helpful. Every maintenance request I have ever called in has been taken care of within 24 hours. Hell I even got locked out a few times and they were there within minutes. I am looking to buy a home, otherwise I would not ever move from Marshall Wood.
