I have lived at Marshall Wood for almost 5 years so far, and am about to renew my lease for a 6th year.
When my apartment building burned down in 2001, the staff was great. They relocated me that night into a furnished suite elsewhere in the complex for a few weeks until they got a long-term unfurnished suite ready for me.
My maintenance requests have been resolved quickly, although sometimes it takes a reminder or two. The management office staff is friendly and nice.
To be fair, not all of the buildings are as well maintained and clean as mine is. But I think that?s the case in much pricier apartments too.
I recommend Marshall Wood with one caveat: Be sure to have a "Club" or other security system in your car. Car theft from Marshall Wood parking lots is not uncommon.
