If you would like to live a normal peaceful life, DO NOT RENT HERE. The people that live in and operate this complex are scum. It is one of the dirtiest places that you can live in outside of the city. The people that rent here pay in food stamps. If you have a job or even are considering getting off of welfare than this is not the place for you. I lived here for a very short time until I realized what a crap hole it is. There is no reason why human beings should live in such a slum. The only people that can read and write that live there are the mgt and even that is iffy. So please don't be fooled by the positive reviews and think that they were written by actual renters. It was the staff that wrote them. It never once took less than a week for the manual laborers to come and fix things in my apt. The office is a freaking joke. They could care less about you. It should be considered section 8 housing. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this trash dump, unless you like living with trash. That other guy hit the nail on the head with the type of people that live here. And yes there are plenty of drugs for sale at this place.
