I have noticed many improvements since the takeover. Unfortunately they got rid of the only office person that had any clue (Tabitha).. Unfortunately Karen and joey are still there. But, the lights outside have all been replaced, the laundry rooms are clean, and I personally met with the new management. They appear to care, so Im keeping my fingers crossed.
