This may seem to good to be true, because it is.

This complex is very poorly managed. The rennovations are never done on time, maintenence just comes into your apt. and has even walked in on my brothers sleeping girlfriend. There is incect problems, noisy neuighbors and ignorent uncontrolled childeren that threaten resedents all day. If I caould find a way out of my lease I would do it.
