They can't keep track of their records, I had given them a check in December and they claimed they didn't get it even though I had a copy of the check from the bank saying that it was processed. They came and kicked me out of my apartment because I was late one month and they made me leave my month old kitten in there. They control the heat, so it is literally 90 degrees in there at all times and they made me leave my cat in there, and changed all of the locks. There is never any hot water and actually yesterday there was no cold water. I also went without heat in my apartment for a week in December, without anyone fixing it, they kept ignoring me, meanwhile it's only 34 degrees in my apartment. I can't wait until my lease is up to get out of here!!!

I find this review impossible. one cannot be kicked out of an apartment unless they are evicted, in which case you would not be waiting for your lease to be up
