Please note I lived here for a couple years ending in late 2004, but I will never forget how bad this place was. The place was filled with roaches, rats, mice, drug dealers, and pot smoke so strong it seeped into my apartment from hallways. The heat was either 95 degrees or not working at all. aprx 30% of time hot water did not work. The exterior hallways were vandalized and falling apart. Apartment management and maintance were non functional. As a child I grew up in state run orphanages, group homes and foster homes, they were actually better places to live than Marshall wood apartments. The health board should order the entire place demolished. I imagine most places in Hati, Somolia, Iraq, etc are safer/healthier living than 450 Forest Ave 19401.
