I moved in here in Oct 2006, It is now Fe 5, 2007 and we still don't have window screens, not heat and no hot water! I have a 4 year old who I had to ship to my mom's b/c there is no heat!!! I HATE THIS PLACE!!! I called the 24 hour maintance service and they said they are fixing it.. Yeah ok! I am tired of this place..

I run Selma Estates, right behind you. Give me a call, newer apartments, semi private, your own w/d and garage for about $100 more per month.

These types of conditions need to be reported to L&I! As long as you have a child in your apartment, there is no excuse for not having heat in the winter time. Keep an accurate log of all complaints and submit them to L&I.

I moved in for about two days befor demanding my money back because of toxic mold in the ceilings. They painted over it and said it was gone. After a horrible response from there managment I was mortified when the Bastard that runs the place wouldn't shake my hand to confirm that I was released from the lease because I'm a woman and refused my mothers hand shake as well. The best part is when the Fat run down Mr. fix it apt.scum bag threatened my husbands life when we complained about the mold. I really wanted to give my hubby the thumbs up to flatten his ass at that point but there are still people in Norristown with manners believe it or not. This place is a hell hole.
