While the office managers are always polite, courteous and genuine, I cannot say the same about the apartment owners and management. Many of the tenants are illegal residents who beep their car-horns in the middle of the night, do not control their children, deal drugs, and shoot guns in the parking lots. Most of the lights in the parking lots are no longer functioning.

Gang activity is common on weekend nights, and one of the buildings was actually "tagged" (vandalized with group-related grafiti).

Overall, the quality of the conditions in the complex were acceptable when we first moved in. Unfortunately, the quality and response time of the maintenance service indicates that the owners of this apartment complex do not care to improve conditions. As a once ideal and reasonably-priced location to live, it is now steadily becoming a hot-bed for illegal immigrants who are decreasing the quality of living conditions out of the fear that if they complain, that they will be "found out." odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
