Although this is not the most horrible place to live...it is not the best. They are very misleading when showing the model apartment that does not mirror what you are getting. The staff is ok, but most of the tenants are strange. I have seen roaches and ants. The hallway smells like trash, and where the hell is the gym'

that is beause the place you live in is owned by sme right wing jews who have no intentions o making the place better. yoou should see Oxford Realty's other propeties. mainly mark's other properties like oxford grant

Roaches & ants are the best things you'll find at Marshall "Hood". There's over 30 apartments with bed bugs! I had to pay $25 cash for a gym key then after about 6 months later there was no gym. Didn't ever get my money back. Suckafreephilly, post your email & I would be more than happy to contact you & tell you everything I know about this place.

Can't believe you think the staff is ok but most of the residents are strange. Are you including yourself? Somethings wrong if you think the staff is ok. Roaches and ants are the worst of it. Wait till you get bedbugs!!!
