Nice but pricey.

Great layout - love the walk in closets. I like the gym and pool. They are quick to fix when you call maintenance but I have had 2 floods due to ongoing plumbing problems - they blame tenants who abuse the pipes but it is still aggravating.
Price goes up every year and appliances are new in some but mine are old.
Close to shops next door. Trails in back lead to Mill Grove/Audubon Bird Sanctuary Park.
VERY dark in lot at night - entrance dark at night too.
