Overall Good - FIRE story was arson by the way

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
I have been here almost 4 years. The fire was started by someone who was immediately kicked out and prosecuted - not managements faults.
Some complaints:
-Parking lot is so dark at night, no lights at all.
-I live on 1st floor and can hear neighbors walk - very creaky floors. (Apartments are old - maybe 35 years old')
-My carpeting was not new when I moved in, now it looks ratty.
-Appliances in my unit are old - almond color from the early 80s - neighbor has new ones though.
Good stuff:
Nice management, to me anyway.
Nice neighbors.
Nice Pool and Gym (Free!)
Great maintenance w/ quick response.
A little expensive but overall a good place to call home.
