unfriendly to children,
rude to tenants,
mild crime,
no privacy due to frequent failing attempts at repairs,
no grilling, no skateboards, no chalk, no scooters,
cramped parking,

I live here and really don't have complaints. As for the no grilling - if you read the notice you would know it is because of the township. As for the no skateboards, scooters, etc - I'm fine with that because the kids that do live in this complex do not know how to behave. I don't blame people for being unfriendly to the children - I'm not friendly to them. I had a couple of kids that I witnessed hitting cars (including my new one) with a big tree branch. So as far as I'm concerned I'm glad they can't use skateboards and stuff, because who knows what damage they would do. Again - this is just a bitter resident who had a bad experience - probably due to his/her kids misbehaving.

The WORST place I have ever lived. The very first day someone hit may car. The parking lots are too small. You had better hope it doesn???t snow because it takes them days to clean the side walks. The water is brown... yes brown!!! The A/C never worked but I kept it on to drown out my neighbor's dog barking all night long. I complied but nothing was done b/c my neighbor was the maintenance person. Not to mention the fire the burnt down the entire building across from me. Did I mention that there is a child molester living there? Yup, check it our on www.watchdog.org Stay far away from this place. It seams nice at first but you will regret it. I did.
