Keep ur wallet safe! Need to be very careful or u get ticket for every thing from apartment!!!!!

Don t go by the rent told, u will end up paying much more some way or other, they are very good in ticketing residence.
Here is my story
I moved in last week, the entrance of the apartment is so narrow and I was not able to move my 3 seat Couch and that was a Saturday night. I had requested one of my friend to take it free, and he has promised me to pick it up on Monday evening. Monday morning I got a call from apartment asking me to clear it with in one hour. I could not do any thing with in that time as it was a office hours and the apartment people cleared it and sent me bill close to 100$ for clearing a used couch which I bought for 50$. More over the manager whom I spoke with did not bother to listen to me and hung the phone while I was talking. In my opinion they saw it as a money making opportunity more than keeping the community clean.

actually that sounds like they did the right thing! what if a fire broke out and YOUR couch was blocking the exit! you sound pissed because your stupidity cost you!
