After making us sign for "Sure Deposit" and paying a $250 "Pet Deposit" and telling us that those would cover damages, after move-out, they told us that those payments did not cover ANY damages! Hmm sounds like you didn't read the paperwork and are complaining because you had damages. I am thinking if you didn't cause damages it wouldn't be an issue.

Actually, it wasn't a matter of not reading the paperwork. The agent told us specifically that SureDeposit and the Pet Deposit would cover damages. However, that agent had been fired before we finally moved out and our complaints were never addressed. When we complained to the BBB, the apartment never even replied to them! Furthermore, when you have pets, there is naturally some damage to an apartment after living there for three years. It was not extensive or expensive but the way the apartment acted was simply sneaky. I've lived in many apartments and dealt with many move-outs and not one apartment has ever acted in such an irresponsible manner or obfuscated the details of move-out when initially signing the contract.

I agree with you Mill grove apartment managers are rude to say the least and moving out of the apartment is a nightmare. stay away from this place!!!!
