Really bad apartment

I have lived here for a little over a year and cannot wait to move out. The apartment that we live in has got very dirty carpets with stains that keep reappearing no matter how much we clean them. There is a serious bug problem that becomes your responsibility to take care of regardless of the fact that it came bug infested. The answer we keep getting to this problem is to get a can of Raid which doesn't keep the spiders, ants,and house centipedes from coming in. I literaly have to kill at least 2 bugs a day in the summer. Maintence is very lazy. They can't seem to do anything all the way or do it right. We have had to have our shower fixed twice so far because it leaks when its off, and since it leaks hot water we have to pay for water we're not using. The office staff is rude and they don't really seem to care about anything except that they receive your rent check immediately. There isn't much in the way of parking and the other tenants fail to ask their guests not to park in the lots which becomes a problem. Again the office staff doesn't care. I would not recommend living here to anyone. The apartment we lived in before this one was not as nice, but I would rather be living there than here.
