Anyone who thinks this is a good place to live obviously has not had to deal with the management. They do not care about the condition of their apartments or their tenants.
We had to have our bathroom floor replaced because it was in danger of caving in. We had to call 3 times before they even came to look at it and when they finally showed up with no notice, half of our floor was ripped up and the maintenance man was no where to be found. It was "under construction" for 3 weeks when it should have been a 3 day project. Our basement storage area has flooded twice. Both times due to the incompetence of the maintenance staff. The first time they busted open a drain pipe and
water came pouring through the walls, the second time they emptied a hot water tank on the floor.
Our one air conditioning unit for our one bedroom does not cool the entire apartment, so in the summertime we need 2 fans strategically placed in the apartment in a failed attempt to keep the bedroom somewhat cool.
The numerous complaints that we have made to the management were dismissed, and we were told in so many words, too bad.
Bottom line is that you get what you pay for, and this place is still too
expensive.
