Norris Hills Apartments

It's ok... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/11/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   Overall the apartments are decent. Management is pretty good at making sure your apartment is clean and everything is working before you move in. And you will never have a problem with parking. Surprisingly very safe, even if it's in Norristown. However, these apartments are pretty old and the walls are super thin. If you are sensitive to noise, don't move here unless you're lucky enough to have silent neighbors or if you don't mind wearing ear plugs at your place all the time!
