I live at Norriton East for just six months. I loved living there. It's nothing fancy, but it is clean, safe and the people are friendly. At the time I think I was the youngest person there, as most are elderly. This makes it VERY quite, which I loved. The management, although the office hours are limited, are veryhelpful when needed but stay out of your hair when not needed. One thing-I think they should allow cats.
