very noisy place, incompetent leasing agent

due to its proximity to the train track, it is aloud as hell when the train sounds its horns, especially several times at night. there is no concrete between floors, so you would be living in hell if you upstairs neighbour is heavy footed and inconsiderate. the rental office completes sucks and could not care less about your complaints. there is only one garbage disposal in the whole property, you need to put your garbage bags in the car and drive to take out them. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
