Not Worth the Money!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
Negatives:
I live in a bottom floor unit, and I can absolutely hear every move my upstairs neighbor makes, every show he watches on TV, every song he listens to. Unbelievable how poorly these places are constructed.
The people working in the office are very friendly, but do not seem too concerned with proactively fixing the problems in the apartment. Whenever the upstairs neighbor uses the hot water in his master bathroom, we hear a loud knocking noise in our bedroom and bathroom. We called the office 3 times to see if this problem could be fixed. The first two times we were told what they thought the problem was, but was never fixed. The 3rd call produced a "It's due to the cold weather, and there's nothing we can do." So, we're basically resigned to waking up 45 minutes before we actually have to every single morning.
Location isn't the greatest
One trash unit in the entire unit can be a pain at times.
Expensive!
Positives:
New units, so carpeting, appliances, cabinets, etc. were all brand new when we moved in.
Full size W/D
Can paint unit yourself, so you don't have to have that standard apartment feel
Grounds are kept really well, and pool and clubhouse are very nice
Ample parking
Aesthetically very pleasing, but looks are deceiving.
