I was impressed at the follow through of the leasing office. Little things. Like when I moved in, they had a gift basket in the kitchen. Nothing much, just good follow through to make sure the resident is happy.

But I was most impressed when, after a few months, the kitchen sink needed to be repaired. They fixed the leak the next morning. While repairs are not frequently necessary as these apartments were built only a few years ago, stuff breaks and needs to be repaired. This is when its crucial to have a maintenance staff as responsive as the staff at Regatta.

On pricing, I've looked around the area, and based on the square footage, the rent is really a decent value. But its not the cheapest place in town. Especially this town.

I promise I don't work at Regatta or for its owners. And if you don't have the same great experience, I won't pay your rent. Just thought the website too often representative only of those who are unsatisfied. Regatta is definitely a good place to be.
