I lived at Regatta for 1 year, and the only reason I moved out was because I moved to CT. The apartments were in terrific shape, they were quiet, and I hardly noticed the neighbors at all. We did have one problem with our next door neighbor playing really loud music, and the management spoke to them the next day. The other neighbors were very friendly and considerate. Yes, you can hear the train, but you can hear the train anywhere in Norristown, so if you're planning on living there, deal with it. And when the windows are closed you can't even hear it. As for the trash, they try and keep it clean but some inconsiderate residents can't manage to throw their trash away properly (probably the same jerks that are giving this place a bad review). Some of the fixtures in the bathrooms are a little cheap, but they're the same everywhere. I've been living in apartments for 4 years now, and this by far was the best, and the 2 bedroom is a good deal for the area.
I would recommend this place to anyone, as long as you're not a dope.
