After much searching, I came across Regatta Apartments. After living here for a bit, I knew that I had made an excellent choice. I have great neighbors, great maintenance people and an awesome management staff. I hardly ever have any issues for the maintenance guys to fix, but when I do, it's done in no time. It's a pretty quiet complex and everyone is very nice. Of course no matter where you live there are going to be some asshats, but they are few and far bewteen here. The management just threw a pool party last night and I got to meet more of the nice neighbors that live here. Everyone is so friendly!!!! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and quality living environment.

THIS IS OBVIOUSLY ONE OF THE MANAGEMENT STAFF AT REGATTA. - The neighbors are not friendly! - There was a woman who blatantly stole bread rolls from the pool party (which was comprised of a bunch of jerks and cliques anyway) - Maintenance can't even pick up trash daily (and it takes them weeks to solve problems...which there are many from my experience) - Regatta is located in dirty, crime-ridden Norristown, but they fail to tell you that on any brochure. - It is NOT quiet - you can hear anyone's conversation from a second floor apartment with ALL WINDOWS CLOSED (and you can hear your neighbors...especially the ones with yappy dogs) - There are plenty of asshats and unfriendly people here... Don't believe postings like these - instead go and ask any resident of the Regatta what they think - it will NOT BE THIS GOOD!
