Sad to leave!!!

I just bought a house and I am sad to leave Regatta:( I have lived here for 3 1/2 years and loved it! Everyone is so friendly, the office staff, maintnance guys and my neighbors.
I lived in a 2 bedroom on the 1st floor for a year, then moved to a one bedroom on the 2nd floor after that. I had some occasional spiders in my 1st floor apartment- but who doesn't'!
I will miss it here, and would reccommend it to anyone looking for a place to live!
