I had lived in Rolling Green for 6 months , and my experience was very rarely pleasant. The 6 months seems to long enough as 6 years to get out of here. Their guidelines for renters are minimal. I cannot tell you how many times we had to call the police to complaint about the noisy residents above us. Because management doesnot want to take any action. They are concerned about the rent and be RUDE AND ARROGANT.
IT DOESNOT HAVE ANY PLAYGROUND FOR THE KIDS, NO FACILTY FOR THE ELDERLY PEOPLE E.G A SHUTTLE TO TAKE THEM FOR THEIR GROCERIES ETC. ONLY YOU FIND A DOG ---- IF YOU STEP IN TO THE LANDSCAPED AREA.
The whole complex needs an inside renovation. The cupboards are the originals from when the place was built, and the windows are just disgusting. VERY UNSAFE. SOMEONE CAN PUSH IT AND JUST INVADE INTO YOUR HOUSE. NO SAFETY AT ALL.
Please, if you are reading this and considering moving here, don't do it. It will save you much aggravation and grief. MANAGEMENT HAS NO SOCIAL SENSE...TO DEAL WITH RESIDENTS.

I would agree to this one as well. I have been here 5 yrs..it used to have OK management...but still was never there with maintenance. The property maneger Dave who helen works for could care less only about rent. This is why they make the outside look ok and not the inside. I have counters and a fridge that has been in this apt since it was built it seems. My fridge is rusted on the side, BAD MOUSE problem in my building.

You are right. I met with Dave(Regional Manager) very laid back person and simplay hungry for money. This place need to change it's name 65 senior instead of ROLLING GREEN. Old people don't cook, so they can live with these appliances. GREEN FROM OUTSIDE GRAY FROM INSIDE. Thanks for your support.
