Plenty of ROACHES, silverfish, centipedes, biting spiders, but You will not be allowed to keep pets despite paying a $150 month pet fee. You will receive complaints & threats of eviction on a monthly basis. Your appliances will constantly break. Your shower will always be cold. Your ceiling will crack & leak from upstairs tenants. Neighbors smoke pot outside the windows all night. Air conditioning is old & hot & smells. Heat does not work in the winter. Staff is not helpful & only available while you are at work. Parking lots are not lit, and unsafe, cars are constantly vandelized. I can hear everything my neighbors do & say.
currently broken: hall lights, stove, stove vent, dishwasher, fuses, both sinks (do not drain, have to transfer to bucket & dump), shower - cold only broken valves, bathroom fan, floorboards, ceiling cracks & leaks, air conditioner blows hot air, heater is ice cold to the touch, toilet needs to be flushed by dumping a bucket of water down it.
