You are less then 10 minutes from King of Prussia and pay up to 500$ less per month. Not bad at all. You get a garage which is hard to find even in a GOOD TOWN. Some of the neighbors are less then friendly but you don't live in an apt to make life-long buddies. The local primates can get a little unruley but theres not much for you to do outside anyway. So go drive to a nicer town to hang out and come home to enjoy a nice home.
