Pretty but expensive

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
 
Be prepared to pay ALL your own utilities including water and heat. PECO electric- $$$$. Snow (esp ice) removal in winter is a do-it-yourself project. And the "natives get a bit restless in the summer" lock your doors and pull the car in the garage. But I have never found an apartment building with better maintenence, I wish I could take him with us when we move.
