Site Manager Stinks

I made an appointment with the site manager CONNIE to see an apartment for rent. She totally blew me off, no phone call, no nothing. Makes me BELIEVE the bad comments on this website!!!!! What a waste of my time for what looks like a crappy complex anyway!
