I have lived here since August of 2005 and would highly recommend it to anyone. Any problems that have arose have been handled quickly and professionaly. The apts are located in a nice, quiet area with very nice, lush landscaping.

Ok, so I came to look at Westover Club over the weekend and really liked what I saw, however, the reviews are scaring me a little. Do they still have a massive problem with thousand leggers and spiders and are the apartments really moldy and unlike the model apartments?
Help?

We do see centipedes from time to time. I haven't noticed any spiders. Pest control comes, I believe, once a month if you have a problem. I also don't have any problem with mold.
