My son and his fiancee found this place after searching everywhere. When he moved out, (getting married), I took over the apartment. Best place I have ever lived in, and with the 24'x6' balcony, I spent last summer just about living every moment out on the "back deck." Starting my second year here, under my own lease, and the rent increase was modest.

Unique heating system, where the contents of the hot water heater (gas fired) runs through a heat exchanger, and heats the apartment. Heating bill is low, and if you don't get carried away, the A/C in the summer is tolerable. The apartments have cross-ventilation (bedrooms face one way, the kitchen (which has a window) and the living room/dining room facing the other way. Spacious, airy, (dining room fan is included), a nice layout (the two bedroom apartments could use a second bath, however), and very well maintained by a friendly office staff and crew.

I don't understand any of the negative comments about this apartment complex, although I suppose such things happen. This is a top-grade apartment complex, in an under-rated part of West Norriton.
